How do I book a package?
Send your preferred package, business name, project brief and intended timing. We will confirm availability, requirements, scope and the final quote before work begins. Enquiring does not place an order or take a payment.
What counts as a post or revision?
One post means one piece of content. Sharing that same post on two platforms still counts as one post. For each round of changes, send all your feedback together in one list. Extra photos, videos or pages, another shoot, a new idea or changes beyond the agreed work need a separate quote.
What costs and terms should I confirm?
We will set out any applicable taxes, separately priced extras, payment arrangements, turnaround, cancellation or rescheduling terms and support in your written quote before you commit. Website addresses, hosting and paid services from other providers cost extra. For filming, travel outside the agreed area, venue hire, paid presenters or models, and licensed music or other material cost extra.
Are reach, sales or search rankings guaranteed?
No. These packages cover the work and finished items listed above. Audience response, sales and search rankings depend on factors beyond the work itself.
